Mangalore Karnataka, India Driver Logistics Full time

Prepare and generate daily/weekly/monthly billing invoices using **SAP**.
- Reconcile billing data with warehouse records and dispatch reports.
- Track and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update billing logs, trackers, and reports in **MS Excel**.
- Ensure timely submission of **daily sales reports** and **SLA (Service Level Agreement) reports**.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify goods movement and delivery records.
- Ensure GST compliance and proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Support monthly closing activities and provide billing data to finance as required.
- Collaborate with 3PL vendors and internal stakeholders for smooth billing and reporting operations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives related to billing, documentation, and reporting.

**Key Skills**:

- Proficiency in **SAP** (especially MM/SD or logistics modules).
- Advanced knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF formulas, charts).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
- Understanding of warehouse/3PL operations and SLA management.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in billing and reporting, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience with SAP is mandatory.

Knowledge of GST, sales reporting, and SLA compliance is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
