Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales for GoodEarth's sustainable communities by managing leads, engaging customers, and converting enquiries into long-term residents aligned with our ecological and community-driven philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process for GoodEarth's eco-village and residential community projects.
  • Engage with prospective buyers, understand their needs, and present GoodEarth's sustainable living value proposition
  • Manage and convert leads from digital, referral, and offline channels using CRM tools
  • Conduct site visits, explain project features, and provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on pipeline and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns, feedback loops, and improving lead quality.
  • Stay updated on market trends, buyer behavior, and competitor offerings in sustainable real estate.
  • Support after-sales engagement and help onboard customers into the GoodEarth community.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to explain design, sustainability, and community-living concepts clearly.
  • Experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes.
  • Passion for sustainable living, regenerative design, or community development (strong plus).
