Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cannanore for Senior and Junior Sales Managers. The responsibilities include identifying potential leads, negotiating sales, maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting the execution of sales strategies. Sales Managers will collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue goals, analyze market trends, and create strategies to achieve business objectives. Additionally, they will mentor junior staff and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Client Relationship Management skills for maintaining and nurturing client relations
- Strategic Thinking and Market Analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities
- Team Collaboration and Mentorship abilities to contribute to team goals and support peers
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and relevant software is a plus
- Experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
