About Us:

CliniLaunch Research Institute is a leading EdTech organization offering specialized training and staffing solutions in clinical research, healthcare, and life sciences. We are expanding our outreach and looking for passionate individuals to join our business development team.

Role:

We are looking for Malayalam-speaking Business Development Executives who can engage with prospective students, explain our courses, and help them make informed career decisions in the EdTech domain.

Eligibility:

  • Education: Technical or Life Science graduates preferred
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior EdTech sales experience
  • Language: Fluent in Malayalam (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students about training programs and career opportunities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in Malayalam
  • Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Maintain student database and achieve monthly targets

Work Type: Full-time (Office-based)

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹34,000.00 per month
