Business Development Manager
who is fluent in
Malayalam
and passionate about education and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the Malayalam-speaking markets.
  • Build strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, training centers, and corporate partners.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
  • Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business strategies with company goals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
    , preferably within the
    EdTech, Education, or SaaS
    sector.
  • Fluency in Malayalam
    (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and data analysis tools.
