Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team at Nexus Jobs in Jaipur. As a full-time position for freshers, this role provides an opportunity for individuals with 0 to 1 year of experience to contribute to our staffing services. The ideal candidate will engage in cold calling, handle objections effectively, and demonstrate active listening skills.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have proficiency in cold calling, capable of engaging with potential candidates and clients. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong objection handling skills, with the ability to navigate client concerns persuasively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in active listening, crucial for understanding and addressing client and candidate needs. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with CRM software to manage client and candidate data throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, enabling efficient tracking and managing of leads and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot, valuable for automating and optimizing the recruitment process.
  • Strong data entry skills for accurate and timely input of information into databases and CRM systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills, essential for maintaining positive client and candidate relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with potential candidates and clients to identify business opportunities.
  • Manage and update client and candidate information in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Handle client objections effectively, using persuasion and negotiation skills to reach satisfactory outcomes.
  • Listen actively to client and candidate needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery tailored to their requirements.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to support staffing needs and ensure optimal client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions for future reference and strategy development.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Contribute to team goals and objectives by participating in meetings and suggesting improvements to processes.
