Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, managing inbound inquiries, and providing product and service information. The Telecaller will document customer interactions, follow up with clients, and work closely with the sales team to achieve targets. Additional tasks include maintaining customer databases and handling customer complaints efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Real Estate is mandatory
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business or related field preferred
