Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client details.
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call targets and contribute to team goals.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication in [Insert Language(s) e.g., Hindi, English].
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries and objections with confidence.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus.
