Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Telecaller Sales Manager. The Telecaller Sales Manager will be responsible for managing daily sales operations, contacting potential customers, presenting our solar energy products, and driving sales growth. The role includes following up on sales leads, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with other teams, and working towards achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in telecalling and sales
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Customer service skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of renewable energy or solar power industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
