Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
  • Explain Punsatva's Ayurvedic wellness products & services clearly.
  • Convert leads into successful sales with empathy & confidence.
  • Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and reports.
  • Build trust with customers and support them in their healing journey.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–1 year of sales/telecalling experience (freshers welcome).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Confidence, patience, and the ability to handle customer queries.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
