We offer comprehensive solutions for all your interior design needs, with our designers working around the clock to innovate and create beautiful living spaces. Founded by successful young entrepreneurs, YoHo aims to achieve a $100 Million valuation within two years. Our goal is to provide affordable and durable interior designs that suit every taste, with plans to expand to 100 employees and three experience centers in Bengaluru within one year, and further growth in multiple cities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead in Home Interiors at our Bengaluru location. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing customer service, and ensuring targets are met. Additional responsibilities include providing analytical insights, conducting market research, and maintaining close communication with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Qualifications

Team Management and Leadership skills


• 5yrs of work experience into interior sales

Must have team handling experience should have handled 5 people as a team


• Should have strong experience in revenue generation

He/She will be purely responsible for revenue generation


• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Proficiency in Sales techniques and strategies


• Analytical skills for market research and data interpretation

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is beneficial


•Proven track record in sales management and achieving targets
