Position Overview:

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in generating revenue by identifying and converting leads into customers for Purva Streaks - Interior design company from Puravankara. This individual will focus on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and converting them to business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

· Schedule meetings and presentations to showcase interior solutions.

· Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, developers, and business partners.

· Understand client requirements and recommend interior solutions that align with their needs and budgets.

· Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams during project execution.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Stay updated on company’s product and service offerings.

· Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and events.

Key Skills Required:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.

· Basic understanding of interior design concepts is a plus.
