We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Specialist - Home Interiors
to join our team in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and providing tailored interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Client Consultation
: Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Provide expert advice on design and product options. - Sales Execution
: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closure, ensuring seamless client communication and follow-ups. - Product Knowledge
: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our interior design solutions, materials, and offerings to effectively present them to clients. - Collaboration
: Work closely with the design and project teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client expectations. - Target Achievement
: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. - Business Development
: Actively seek opportunities for growth by networking, attending industry events, and leveraging referrals. - Market Analysis
: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
:
- Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. - Experience
: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the interior design, real estate, or home furnishing industry. - Communication Skills
: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas effectively and build rapport with clients. - Sales Expertise
: Proven ability to close sales, handle objections, and negotiate effectively. - Customer Focus
: Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide personalized solutions. - Industry Knowledge
: Familiarity with home interiors, furniture, and design concepts is a plus. - Technical Skills
: Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools. Knowledge of design tools like AutoCAD or SketchUp is an advantage. - Problem-Solving
: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client queries and provide quick resolutions. - Team Player
: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and targets.
