Job description- Home Interiors & Construction Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales of home interior solutions and construction services. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of interior design trends, construction processes, and customer needs. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their home requirements, presenting appropriate solutions, and closing sales in alignment with

business goals.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify potential customers through field visits, referrals, events, and digital channels. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.

2. Client Consultation: Engage with homeowners and property buyers to understand their interior design and construction needs. Provide expert guidance and suggest suitable packages or custom solutions.

3. Site Visits & Presentations: Conduct site assessments and deliver presentations to explain products, materials, design options, and service timelines.

4. Sales Closure: Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and convert prospects into confirmed clients. Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure timely execution post-sale.

5. Coordination: Liaise between clients, design consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure expectations are aligned and delivery is smooth.

6. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends. Provide feedback to improve offerings and positioning.

7. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Competencies: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Sales acumen with a consultative approach

3. Understanding of interior design and basic construction concepts

4. Ability to read and interpret floor plans and technical drawings

5. Goal-oriented and self-driven

6. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills

7. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

2. 2+ years of experience in interior solutions, real estate, or construction sales

3. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD/SketchUp (a plus), and CRM tools
