Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Interior Sales Manager at YoHo Designs. The Interior Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, engaging with clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include leading the sales team, setting sales targets, conducting market research, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves coordinating with the design team to offer the best solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
  • Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in interior design or real estate is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
