Job Description
We are seeking a
Senior Sales Executive
with
2 to 4 years of experience
to join our growing commercial interiors team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
B2B sales
,
lead generation
, and
client relationship management
, with a passion for helping businesses transform their spaces through design.
A degree in
MBA (Sales/Marketing)
or
Interior Design
is preferred. Prior experience in an
interior design, architecture, or commercial fit-out firm
will be considered a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Identify client needs and present tailored interior design solutions for commercial spaces.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, and contractors.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closure.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to showcase G Cube Studios' portfolio and capabilities.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain and update the
CRM system
with accurate client information and activity logs. - Track sales performance, generate reports, and analyze key metrics to optimize performance.
- Assist with proposal creation, sales documentation, and coordination of client deliverables.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to management on sales strategies, client expectations, and service improvements.
Skills Required
- Proven track record in
B2B or project-based sales
, preferably in interiors, construction, or related industries. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or in teams.
- Basic understanding of commercial interior design terminology and processes.
