You would be responsible for managing the end-to-end claims process for clients, ensuring seamless handling from claim intimation to settlement follow-ups. You will be the key point of contact for clients and AMCs regarding claim processes. You should be strategic and detail-oriented, ensuring timely documentation, filing, and resolution of claims while also contributing to business growth through lead generation and upselling.

Job Duties and Deliverables include, but are not limited to

● Constantly upgrading yourself on industry trends and claim procedures.

● Managing claim intimations and ensuring accurate registration of claims.

● Coordinating with AMCs for smooth claim processes and timely resolutions.

● Collecting, verifying, and maintaining claim documentation from clients.

● Filing all claims-related documents systematically for easy retrieval.

● Proactively following up on pending claims to ensure settlement.

● Identifying opportunities for lead generation and upselling additional products or services during client interactions.

● Supporting other general insurance operations, including client follow-ups and coordination, as needed.

Minimum Requirements

● You have a bachelor's degree in administration, commerce, or a related field.

● 2-3 years of hands-on experience in insurance claims processing.

● Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.

● Maintain a positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

● Superior knowledge of insurance products and claim processes.

● Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

● Good listening ability to understand customer concerns and provide resolutions.

● Ability to function independently as well as in a team.

● Demonstrated conflict resolution, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

● Demonstrated ownership to resolve complex claims issues, escalating when necessary.

● Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance, including the daily schedule.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
