ThunderClap is looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to own, execute, and optimise paid ad campaigns - starting with LinkedIn and expanding to Google Ads, Reddit, and more.

What You'll Own

  • Develop and fully own LinkedIn ad campaigns: from audience targeting and creative planning to bidding strategy and budget management, ensuring alignment with ThunderClap's growth goals. Create playbooks that will be used to scale ads on other channels.
  • Create compelling ad copy, design concepts, and landing page wireframes that clearly communicate value and drive conversions.
  • Execute and optimize campaigns end-to-end:
  • Setup ads, run A/B tests, refine targeting, plus launch retargeting and abandonment strategies to recover lost leads.
  • Continuously monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates) and pivot campaigns quickly based on data insights.
  • Build and manage lead nurture sequences and ABM programs to accelerate pipeline movement and maximize lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with design, content, sales, and product teams to ensure campaigns align with messaging, brand voice, and market needs.
  • Lead comprehensive reporting on ad performance and pipeline generation—combining metrics and revenue impact—to provide transparent, actionable insights for leadership.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in the demand funnel, suggesting improvements in messaging, segmentation, or creative to maximize ROI.
  • Explore and propose new platforms, ad formats, and channels beyond LinkedIn to diversify ThunderClap's demand generation mix.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and tools, applying best practices and scrappy get-it-done tactics suited to an early-stage agency environment.

What We're Looking For.

  • 3+ years of B2B paid demand generation experience, especially LinkedIn ads.
  • Full-cycle campaign ownership: strategy, creative, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Experience with multi-channel paid ads (Google Ads, Reddit, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into growth actions.
  • Scrappy, self-motivated, and accountable—thrives in early-stage, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to design or partner on landing page wireframes to boost conversions.
  • Solid understanding of ICP thinking, pain points, and messaging frameworks that drive conversions.
  • Clear, sharp communicator - your writing is persuasive without being pushy.
  • Self-starter who can work asynchronously and independently, with high accountability.
