Role Description

The Europe Tours - Operation FIT role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing the planning and execution of customized tours to Europe, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, coordinating with vendors, handling reservations, and managing end-to-end tour operations. The role requires handling inquiries, assisting in itinerary planning, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the travel process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess tour options, resources, and costs effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
  • Experience in Sales, with a focus on achieving targets and customer relationship management
  • Proficiency in Operations Management, ensuring smooth execution of tours and services
  • Project Management experience, including planning, organizing, and overseeing multiple tasks across timelines
  • Familiarity with travel industry trends, standards, and European destinations
  • Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
