Who We're Looking For

We are hiring for the role of:

International Tour Consultant – Europe / USA / Australia / New Zealand / Japan

If you have a
travel industry background
and the passion to craft personalized travel experiences, we want you on our team

Your Role and Responsibilities

As an International Tour Consultant, you will:


• Assist guests in planning and booking their ideal travel experiences.


• Design bespoke itineraries tailored to client preferences.


• Provide detailed travel insights (destinations, weather, activities, etc.).


• Facilitate end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Manage trip customizations, negotiate changes, and resolve concerns.


• Maintain guest databases and build long-term relationships.


• Meet sales and revenue goals while handling advances/refunds.


• Handle challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

What We're Looking For


• Bachelor's Degree in
Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
.


•
1+ year of experience
in selling international tour packages.


• Proficiency in travel tools/software and basic MS Office / Canva skills.


• Multilingual skills are a bonus


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.


• Enthusiastic, motivated, and able to handle challenges under pressure.
