Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to take complete P&L ownership of international sales for the Middle East region. The role involves managing existing clients, developing new customers and channels, driving growth, and ensuring end-to-end operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end P&L responsibility for assigned geography
  • Manage current export customers and drive account growth
  • Identify and onboard new international clients
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue goals
  • Cross-sell across product categories to maximize wallet share
  • Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for seamless delivery
  • Analyze sales data and implement improvement strategies
  • Provide required insurance data and support documentation
  • Build operational controls and checks to reduce risks and delays
  • Develop process redundancy across key functions for continuity

Qualifications:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate
  • 1012 years of experience in export sales, particularly in the Middle East
  • Strong business acumen and comfort with numbers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion to create grassroots impact
