Client Relationship Manager CRM - Join Our Growing Team
Intensive Filter Himenviro is seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Relationship Manager to join our Sales team. Are you a people person with a knack for building strong relationships? If so, we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Ensure client leads are met after order placement.
- Provide exceptional after sales service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Actively solicit and analyze client feedback.
- Manage client service from order placement to payment collection.
- Resolve client queries and provide comprehensive support.
- Serve as a point of contact for complaints escalating issues as needed.
- Proactively understand and address client needs.
- Manage sales and service email inboxes.
- Follow up on invoices and bills.
