Job Overview:

The Sales Head will be responsible for leading the entire sales function of the real estate division, driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven record in real estate sales, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure optimum performance and target achievement.
  • Manage and oversee end-to-end sales operations — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular market research to analyze competitors, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client escalations effectively.
  • Monitor and improve the CRM process for tracking leads and conversions.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams for documentation, collections, and agreement closures.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market, especially in residential/commercial segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
