Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Team Lead – Collections
to lead a team of around 25 calling agents. You'll guide, motivate, and optimize team performance to achieve recovery targets while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and mentor a 25-member calling team
  • Track daily performance and ensure target achievement
  • Handle escalations and improve agent efficiency
  • Conduct regular feedback and training sessions
  • Drive ethical, customer-first collections

What We're Looking For

  • 1.5+ years of experience leading a collections team (15+ agents)
  • Strong communication in
    Hindi and English
  • Hands-on, data-driven, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
