Business Development Manager

We're looking for a dynamic and self-driven Freelancer Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT service sales, client acquisition, and partnership development.
Your primary goal will be to identify business opportunities, build relationships, and close deals that drive company growth.Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, email, Upwork, freelance portals, etc.)Understand client requirements and present tailored IT service solutions (AI, Cloud, Mobile Apps, Web Development, Automation, etc.)Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.Meet sales targets and report progress regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, preferably in IT services or software development.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or LinkedIn sales is a plus.Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
