We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with 4 years of hands-on experience in sales operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of billing, invoicing, shipping, and dispatch processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support sales operations, ensuring targets are achieved.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and manage bills, invoices, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with the shipping and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain customer records and sales reports accurately.
  • Resolve client issues and follow up on inquiries.
  • Contribute to sales strategy and planning with the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales-related role
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with billing, invoicing, shipping, and dispatch operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of Tally is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
