Job Opportunity Donor Management & Communication Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional who can build strong relationships with donors, manage fundraising communication, and contribute to the organization's growth and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors
  • Handle donor communication: proposals, reports, thank-you notes & follow-ups
  • Maintain donor database and ensure timely documentation
  • Plan and execute fundraising campaigns & events
  • Create impactful content for social media, newsletters, and outreach
  • Coordinate with program teams for information sharing and updates
  • Ensure transparency & donor satisfaction through regular engagement

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Management, Communication or related field
  • 2–4 years' experience in donor management / fundraising / NGO communication preferred
  • Strong communication & writing skills (English & Marathi & Hindi )
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools & CRM software
  • Relationship-building & networking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
