Role Description
1) This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, The He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, Additionally, the Assistant Manager Human Resources will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction.
Required Experience: 2 to 4 years in HR operations or a similar role.
CTC: Up to ₹3.50 – ₹4.00 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications).

2) This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager for Gold Loan he will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data. The role involves coordinating with the sales team ensuring the brand's consistency across all marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will also be tasked with identifying new opportunities to expand the market reach and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, Skills in managing marketing campaigns and conducting market research, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Knowledge of financial products, especially Gold Loan, is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role
- CTC: Up to ₹ 4.00 – ₹ 5.00 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications).

Area Manager Gold Loan located in Satara
. The Area Manager Gold Loan will be responsible for overseeing and managing branch operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include training and supervising branch staff, conducting regular audits and compliance checks, and implementing marketing strategies to increase loan disbursements. The role also involves handling customer queries and grievances, ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio, and establishing strong customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
Qualifications

Qualifications
