Role Description

1)    This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources, The He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, Additionally, the Assistant Manager Human Resources will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Required Experience: 2 to 4 years in HR operations or a similar role.

CTC: Up to ₹3.50 – ₹4.00 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications).

2)    This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager for Gold Loan he will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data. The role involves coordinating with the sales team ensuring the brand's consistency across all marketing channels. The Marketing Manager will also be tasked with identifying new opportunities to expand the market reach and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, Skills in managing marketing campaigns and conducting market research, Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, Knowledge of financial products, especially Gold Loan, is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or a related role
• CTC: Up to ₹ 4.00 – ₹ 5.00 LPA (depending on experience and qualifications).

Role Description

3)    This is a full-time on-site role for an
Area Manager Gold Loan located in Satara
. The Area Manager Gold Loan will be responsible for overseeing and managing branch operations, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include training and supervising branch staff, conducting regular audits and compliance checks, and implementing marketing strategies to increase loan disbursements. The role also involves handling customer queries and grievances, ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio, and establishing strong customer relationships to foster trust and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and leading branch operations, Strong understanding of gold loan products and services, Excellent supervisory and training skills, Sales and marketing strategies implementation experience, Ability to handle queries and grievance management and Multiple Branches, Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms, Ability to analyze financial data and ensure loan portfolio quality

Branch Manager - Gold Loan

Satara, Karad, Pandharpur, Sangli Mira Road Mumba

.  The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving business growth through effective loan disbursement and recovery. The role involves setting and achieving branch targets, maintaining compliance with company policies, and facilitating branch marketing activities. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers and local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a branch, preferably in a Gold Loan, Knowledge of Gold Loan products and services, Strong leadership and people management skills, Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, Ability to meet targets and drive business growth, Good understanding of compliance and regulations, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Experience in lending, marketing, and local market knowledge is a plus.

Internal Audit Officer for Gold Loan
located in Pune. The Internal Audit Officer will be responsible for preparing audit reports, conducting financial audits, and analyzing financial records. They will monitor compliance with company policies and regulations, identify internal control weaknesses, and recommend improvements. Effective communication with various departments and stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Audit Reports and Financial Audits skills, Excellent Analytical Skills and
  Gold Loan Product
  knowledge, Effective Communication skills, Relevant experience in internal audits within the financial services sector is beneficial, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Ability to travel across the Maharashtra.

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing or a related role

Role Description

6)    This is a full-time on-site role for a
Chartered Accountant (Semi Qualified or Completed Article Ship)
located in Pune. The Chartered Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, and compliance. Additional responsibilities include managing audits, preparing financial statements, assisting in budget planning, and conducting financial analysis. The role requires maintaining up-to-date financial records and ensuring that financial practices adhere to regulations.
