Key Interfaces

  • Regulatory Bodies: Liaise and maintain effective communication for inspections, licensing, and compliance submissions.
  • Suppliers: Evaluate supplier compliance performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
  • Internal Teams: Partner with Production, QA, Procurement, and R&D teams to ensure end-to-end regulatory adherence and resolve food safety or compliance concerns.

Strategic & Planning Responsibilities

  • Standardize and maintain regulatory and compliance strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive readiness for internal and external audits; ensure timely closure of observations.
  • Support the creation and periodic review of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) plan and documentation.
  • Monitor evolving food safety regulations and guide the business on implications and required actions.

Core Functional Responsibilities

  • Oversee monitoring and reporting of regulatory compliance status across processes and products.
  • Ensure all documentation related to licenses, registrations, and product approvals are updated and audit-ready.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for potential non-compliances.
  • Review supplier compliance data and ensure follow-up on CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Oversee management of food safety incidents and ensure documentation and resolution.
  • Support development and delivery of FSMS and compliance training programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
