
Senior Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote products/services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification :Graduate – specify if needed].
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
