Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification :Graduate – specify if needed].
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude, persuasive, and target-oriented.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
