Role Overview: As a RFx Response Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing RFx response documents, proposals, bids, and quotations to describe products and services in response to client requests. You will collaborate with sales, solutions consulting, and product teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery. Additionally, you will recommend enhancements to products or services based on client inquiries and proactively suggest improvements to the customer response process. Key Responsibilities: - Review RFPs/RFIs, break down requirements, and develop winning responses - Create executive summaries with key differentiators and value-adds - Discuss client requirements with internal teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders - Provide support to the sales team and manage bids from inception to closure - Engage in bid management in the APAC region - Develop RFx responses and proposals including content writing and refinement - Meet target objectives consistently and coordinate completion of Security Questionnaires - Utilize MS Office tools, possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and understand client requirements - Demonstrate technical knowledge of IT Services/IT projects Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing the end-to-end RFx process in a technical sales environment with good Proposal Writing skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools, excellent communication, and presentation skills - Ability to understand and analyze client requirements and technical knowledge of IT Services/IT projects - Previous experience in managing RFx projects and bids, preferably in the APAC region - Target-oriented individual with a track record of meeting objectives consistently,
