About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Research Analyst
to support our
IT & BPM Business Development and Sales teams
. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business research, market intelligence, lead qualification, and data-driven sales support. This is a dynamic role requiring strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct secondary research on companies, markets, technologies, and industry trends across IT & BPM domains.

·      Identify and drive new business opportunities in Commercial and Public sector accounts across assigned regions and function in role of client liaison as required.

·      Identify new State and Local customers and opportunities.

  • Identify and profile potential clients, partners, and target accounts based on defined criteria.
  • Support the business development and sales teams with research inputs, intelligence reports, and presentation materials.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate and actionable information.
  • Take a lead role and accountability in working with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and submissions (RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs).
  • Prepare company briefs, account intelligence reports, and competitor benchmarking analyses.
  • Assist in proposal preparation, sales collateral, and pipeline tracking.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for data validation and lead generation campaigns.


•     Participate in weekly meetings to present/assess the status of all existing pipeline of leads, opportunities as well as potential future target companies and pursuit strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Economics, IT, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of Relevant experience as a Pre sales or Research Analyst role in the technology space, with focused experience into Enterprise level accounts, Public sector and Higher ED domains  (preferably in IT/BPM or consulting).
  • Proficient in online market research tools, databases (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Statista, etc.), and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) along with running email campaigns
  • Experience working in large, and solution-oriented opportunities. Must have thorough knowledge in bidding process. Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills.
  • Have strong knowledge and understanding of sales process, bid management, identification of opportunities and ready to go extra mile in achieving organizations goals and objectives.
  • Must have strong communication skills oral and written
  • International market experience (USA, UK or APAC) highly preferred
  • Willingness to work late evening shifts aligned with global business teams.
