Job Title: Lead Generation Executive

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat (On-site)

Experience Required: 1 to 4 years

Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

About Us

Professional Softtech is a professional software development and web development company based in Rajkot. We're expanding our client base and looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive to fuel our growth engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, directories, and social media
  • Generate qualified leads via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate information
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with prospective clients
  • Track lead conversion metrics and optimize outreach efforts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in IT or software development
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently
  • Basic understanding of web technologies is a plus
