
Senior Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive the growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating leads, closing high-value deals, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective sales and growth strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align business development strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine approaches.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.
- Mentor and support junior business development staff as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4–7+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals with mid-to-large enterprises.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in [Industry –manufacturing].
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events.
