Job Summary:

We are looking for a self-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Rajkot team. This role involves office as well as fieldwork including client meetings, building strong client relationships, lead generation, and contributing to client acquisition and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular client meetings for presentations, discussions, and relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
  • Focus on client nurturing to ensure client satisfaction and trust.
  • Drive client acquisition through local field visits and networking.
  • Generate leads via referrals, fieldwork, and prospecting activities.
  • Support customer retention through personalized service and problem resolution.
  • Achieve monthly business targets and maintain proper reporting of field activities.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Rajkot for fieldwork and client visits.
  • Confident personality with a result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and build long-term trust with clients.
