Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization strategies and techniques, with a focus on improving website visibility and driving organic traffic. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creativity to develop and implement effective SEO campaigns that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
  • Optimize website content, metadata, and HTML elements to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Implement conversion optimization strategies to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other web analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
  • Manage link building initiatives to enhance domain authority and improve search visibility.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and various SEO tools.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in SEO, digital marketing, and search engine algorithms to continuously refine strategies.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product pages for search engines.
  • Assist in social media management efforts to promote content and drive traffic.

Experience

  • Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engines and ranking algorithms.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and their impact on SEO performance.
  • Experience in e-commerce SEO practices is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration across teams in digital marketing efforts.
