Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting clients through voice communication channels.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify, assess, and address customer needs to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about products and services, providing clear guidance when necessary.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in accordance with training and company standards.
  • Use available tools and resources to research and provide accurate solutions to customer

inquiries.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, using appropriate language at all times.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers through open and interactive

communication.

  • Complete all administrative tasks related to customer agreements using multiple computer

applications.

  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Stay up to date with new procedures, products, and services to provide effective customer

support.

  • Support business growth by answering product and service-related questions for potential

customers.

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent English speaker (B2/C1 level).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
