EdTech Sales Team Lead

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to support the fast growth of our EdTech division. The ideal candidate will have experience managing sales teams, driving revenue, and using CRM tools to maximise productivity. In this role, you will lead a motivated team, execute sales strategies, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to fuel business growth.
- Track and optimise performance using CRM platforms.
- Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organisational goals.
- Manage customer escalations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EdTech sales or a related field.
- Proven experience managing or leading a sales team.
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to excel in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
