About the Role

We're looking for a motivated and confident Sales Team Lead to help grow our property management business. You'll guide a small sales team, find new clients, and make sure our existing clients are happy. This role is perfect for someone with 3–4 years of sales experience in real estate or property management who's ready to step into a leadership position.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and motivate a small sales team to meet targets.
  • Find and approach new clients such as property owners, landlords, and developers.
  • Keep in touch with existing clients to maintain good relationships.
  • Help your team improve through training, feedback, and support.
  • Track team performance and share updates with management.
  • Work with the marketing team to get more leads.
  • Make sure new clients are smoothly handed over to the operations team.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–4 years of sales experience in real estate, property management, or related services.
  • Some experience guiding or mentoring other team members (formal or informal).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
