Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented professional to lead business expansion and build strong partnerships within the EdTech space. The role involves identifying new opportunities, developing growth strategies, and strengthening long-term institutional relationships to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the EdTech ecosystem.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market reach and drive growth.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Use CRM tools to track performance, monitor pipelines, and improve conversions.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (EdTech/SaaS preferred).
- Good understanding of B2B and institutional sales cycles.
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
