Job Responsibilities:

The International Patient Medical Counsellor will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Connect with international patient leads.
  • Understand the patient's medical condition.
  • Provide the best possible treatment plan from hospitals to meet the patient's requirements.
  • Assess the patient's financial situation and develop a treatment plan that fits within their budget.
  • Convince patients to undergo treatment through Fitsib.
  • Coordinate with our hospital operation team to obtain Visa Invitation letters for patients.
  • Assist in filling out visa applications for the patient and their attendant.
  • Find hotels within the patient's budget.
  • Pre-intimate the hospital and hotel regarding patient arrival based on flight tickets.
  • Arrange transportation for patient pickup from the airport.
  • Ensure the patient is admitted to the hospital and that treatment proceeds within the planned budget.

Education Qualification:

  • Prior experience in Medical Tourism is mandatory.
  • Arabic Language is Mandatory
  • Additional knowledge of the French language or the Russian language will be an advantage

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience in the field of medical tourism with a track record of successful business development.
  • Network Building: A natural ability to network and establish strong business relationships with industry partners.
  • Target-Driven: Comfortable with a performance-based culture and capable of meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with international partners.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to plan for both short-term wins and long-term partnerships.
