across the healthcare ecosystem—hospitals, startups, pharma, med-tech, and more.

Through impactful events, media initiatives, and compelling storytelling, VOH amplifies

voices and fosters meaningful conversations that shape the future of healthcare.

Role Overview

VOH is inviting freelance professionals with a medical or allied health background to join as

moderators for region-specific healthcare projects. This role involves engaging with

healthcare professionals and communities in regional languages to ensure culturally relevant

and medically accurate communication.

Key Responsibilities

∙
Moderate live and virtual healthcare events, panel discussions, and webinars in the

assigned regional language.

∙Engage with speakers, participants, and audiences to ensure smooth and insightful

conversations.

∙Translate or interpret medical discussions when needed for regional audiences.

∙Review and validate event-related content for accuracy and cultural relevance.

∙Coordinate with VOH's event and content teams for pre-event preparation and post-

event reporting.

What We're Looking For

∙Educational background in medicine, nursing, pharmacy, physiotherapy, or allied

health sciences.

∙Fluency in Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, or Telugu (spoken and written).

∙Prior experience in event moderation, healthcare communication, or public speaking

is preferred.

∙Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

∙Willingness to travel for on-ground events (if required).

∙Comfortable using digital platforms like Zoom, Teams, and webinar tools.

∙
Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
