Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor/Sales Associate located in Gurugram. The Career Counsellor/Sales Associate will be responsible for providing career counseling and guidance to students. They will assist in career development, management, and help students in making informed career choices. The role also involves direct communication with students and parents, offering support and facilitating the enrollment process for various educational programs offered by PW.

  • Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management skills
  • Student Counseling skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with students and parents
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Experience in the education sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred
