Location: Gurugram, Haryana

We are looking for a highly experienced Career & Behavioural Counsellor with 6 + years of experience who brings deep expertise in student guidance, behavioural development, and holistic counselling systems.

Role Overview

The Career & Behavioural Counsellor will play a pivotal role in supporting students academic, social, emotional, and career growth. The ideal candidate will be an expert in career planning frameworks, behavioural counselling techniques, and the use of psychometric tools and systems to help students make informed and confident life choices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group counselling sessions to address students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioural needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to create student development plans and support behavioural improvements.
  • Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, interpersonal skills, and emotional resilience.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive knowledgebase of universities, programs, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology, Behavioural Sciences, Counselling, or Education.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in counselling, preferably in reputed K–12 schools or educational institutions.
  • Deep understanding of career guidance systems, behavioural models, and student development frameworks.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
