They are responsible for maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, promoting the institution's programs, and assisting students in meeting their academic and career goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting prospective students through the admissions process
  • Providing accurate information on academic programs and admission requirements
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges, and universities
  • Conducting campus tours and information sessions for prospective students and families
  • Reviewing and evaluating applications and making admission decisions
  • Participating in marketing and promotional activities
  • Assisting with the planning and execution of recruitment events
  • Tracking and reporting on recruitment activities and results
  • Supporting students with financial aid and scholarship information
  • Collaborating with academic and administrative departments
  • Providing excellent customer service to prospective students and families
  • Participating in training and professional development activities
  • Contributing to the achievement of recruitment targets
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of industry trends and best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in admissions or student recruitment
  • Strong understanding of the higher education landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
