  • Lead and manage a team of field sales Executives.
  • Drive daily loan sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.
  • Monitor and support team performance, providing training and guidance where needed.
  • Conduct regular field visits and audits to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams for seamless loan disbursements.
  • Handle customer escalations and resolve issues promptly.

Candidate Profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in lending operations, with a strong track record in Fintech Industry.
  • Loaction : Guindy, Tambaram, Ekkaduthangal, and Mogappair locations.
  • Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of unsecred business loan products and field operations.
