Role Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Customer Relationship Manager under the Customer Service (CRT) vertical. The role involves handling customer queries through voice process and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Qualification: Graduation (Full-time or Part-time)
  • Experience: 0 to 2+ years (Freshers welcome)
  • Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Week Off: 2 days rotational
  • Process: Voice Process (Customer Support)
  • Transport: Not Provided

Shift Timings (Work from Office)

  • Male: Between 7:00 AM 12:30 PM (Any 9.5-hour shift)
  • Female: Between 7:00 AM 8:30 PM (Any 9.5-hour shift)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer interactions through inbound/outbound voice process.
  • Resolve customer queries effectively and maintain service quality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and professionalism.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement in service standards.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Basic understanding of call centre operations and customer handling.
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving approach, and ability to handle pressure.
  • Awareness of customer service quality standards.
  • Should be able to confidently discuss given topics during evaluation.
