Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.2. Leading efforts for streamlining processes and generating cost savings in operations.3. Responsible for all levels of Quality Assurance and Control like Incoming Quality Control, In Process Quality Control, Customer support and Final Quality Assurance of the all solar photovoltaic modules manufacturing units.4.

Complete Accountability & Inspection of Visual, Electrical and Final Quality Parameters of the Solar Panel.5. Handling the Customer Complaint department by providing support to the customers, Root cause analysis and taking corrective and preventive action on it.6. Product and process audit to ensure the stability of process and quality of product at each stage of Solar Photovoltaic modules manufacturing process & measure the process performance.7.

Accomplished in enhancing production processes, optimizing resources & capacity utilization- Escalating productivity & operational efficiencies with cost reduction & Quality improvement.8. Review Customer QAP's, manage customer visits.9. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; updating quality assurance procedures.10.

Effectively interacts with Production and Engineering teams to maintain product supply and introduction of new products.11. Manages and maintains the Company's quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.12. Sets Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved.13.

Assesses the product specifications of the company and its suppliers, and comparing with customer requirements.
