KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Quality Management:Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems for synthetic jacket production.
Oversee quality inspections at various production stages, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards. Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).2. Process Improvement:Optimize production processes to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates.
Conduct root cause analysis for quality failures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.3. Compliance & Audits:Ensure compliance with industry standards, certifications, and client-specific requirements. Prepare for and lead internal/external quality audits.4.
Team Leadership:Manage and train quality assurance teams across production units. Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability among staff.5. Customer Focus:Collaborate with customers to understand quality expectations and address concerns.
Handle quality-related communications with buyers and ensure timely resolution of issues. PRE - REQUISITES:Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of quality leadership experience in Synthetic Jackets / Outerwear.
In-depth knowledge of fabric properties, garment construction, and quality testing methods. Proven track record of implementing quality management systems
