Expert Quality Manager Needed

We are seeking a seasoned quality management professional to lead our efforts in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing and supply chain operations.

About the Role:
  • Job Summary
    • Analyze and document existing quality management processes to identify areas for improvement aligned with SAP QM functionality.
    • Configure and customize the SAP QM module to support quality planning, inspection processing, quality notifications, and audit management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective quality management solutions.
    • Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and provide user training to ensure successful adoption of quality processes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP QM functional and technical issues.
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP QM in ECC or S/4HANA environments.
    • Strong understanding of quality management principles including inspection types, usage decisions, results recording, and quality notifications.
    • Experience configuring quality control processes such as incoming inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection.
    • Familiarity with integration points between QM and modules like MM, PP, and PM.
